    I think they are hard plunging to collect their first light cycle off the right loop.

    I think they are trying to get the ball just to the top of the rail, then it can drop to the left and rollover the gem switch, scoring a gem hit and adding bonus x. i have been trying to do this plunge technique at the start of quorras during the ball save, letting balls drain and trying to rack up the super collects, gem, and bonus x. then you can score the visor shots and get add-a-ball and more ball save and try for more plungers, but it is a very difficult plunge with limited success. but i think it could be huge if you had the plunge dialed and this was working on that particular machine.
