shoot the left loop over and over period. shoot the drop targets for bonus x, then the full right loop when all targets are down.
shoot nothing else.
the skill shot is nearly impossible (open gate) because it is random speed for the saucer awards as far as the scrolling and timing.
Do not agree with andy rosa.
The skill shot is possible : speed is always the same at the beginning, then accelerate only at the second passage.
You *MUST* shoot the moving target too, but only to light the stars. Big score : 600 000 points rewarded when 2 stars more the numbers are lighted. And even bigger bonus, because the stars multiply the “200 000″ bonus (then 30 000 for each light, if two stars lighted). To shoot the moving target, avoid the center, and then it’s a sure shot !
When you have the “120 000″ bonus lighted, avoid to light completely the letters of “Black Pyramid”, because you simply loose all the letters of your bonus to light only the special.
On harder settings (not in this video), you can only light “Black” then “Pyramid” one time in the right loop.
Be aware, for the most difficult letters, “M” and “I”, you can light them backwards. So it’s sometimes interesting that the gate is closed.
So, basically, a party on this pinball should be :
- skill shot with open gate
- x2, x3,
- try to finish the letters “Black Pyramid” before…
- x5, Black, Pyramid
- shoot the moving target if a star is lighted
- left loop over and over.
“Black Pyramid” is one of my favorite pinball. Needs a lot of skill, plenty of drains when you miss, but all the shots are rewardings.
